Can you provide a tracking number?

Tracking is provided as standard for original artworks (including lino prints); your tracking number is added at dispatch. For all other items, customers are given the option to add tracking at checkout. Customers who do so receive their tracking number as soon as their order is dispatched. If you did not select tracked shipping at checkout I am unable to provide you with tracking information. Please make sure to add tracking to your order if you wish to track your parcel.

I haven't received my order

I am not responsible for shipping delays or losses and will not refund or replace lost or delayed orders. I can help you report missing mail to your shipping provider. Contact me as soon as possible if you wish to do this. Tracked items are insured, in which case it may be possible to reclaim the value of your order if lost. Please contact me if this is the case. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct address, and collecting items delivered to a safe place or depot by mail carriers. I do not refund or replace items ordered to incorrect addresses, or that go uncollected. As of the time of writing (March 2022) I have only been notified of a lost order in one instance.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Just message me to request your custom order. Whether this is for a one of a kind art piece, or one of my designs in a different format (e.g. a card design turned into a print, or a print made to a specific size) I will do my best to accommodate your request.
