These stickers are to help you track the amount of protein you consumed for the day. These stickers can be used in your fitness or wellness planner, on a calendar or any other way you see fit. They can be used for yourself, a family member or you can even give them as a gift.

There are 36 stickers per sheet.

Your Options:
You choose a size:
- A5 (1.0"W x 0.48"H)
- Medium (1.25"W x 0.6"H)
- Large (1.50"W x 0.73"H)
You choose a Sticker Paper Type:
- Permanent
- Removable
You choose a color:
Make a color selection or you can choose Custom.
If you choose Custom, list the number(s) of your color choice(s) in the Personalization Box.

Most stickers can possibly be used in other planners available with some simple modifications.
You can use pretty much any type of pen you want but I have found that pens from the Sharpie and Pilot brands work the best.
These stickers can prove useful the next time you are completing some functional planning in your agenda!

Items are placed together into a cellophane resealable baggie and then into an addressed mailer labeled “Do not Bend”.
