How to access my digital files after purchase?

To access your digital files from your Etsy account: - Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the mobile app) and go to your account - Go to Purchases and reviews - Next to the order, select Download Files - If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey If you purchased digital files as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. Currently, I do not offer custom art print sizes - With your purchase, you’ll receive two digital downloads (16x20 in & 16x24 in) so you can easily adjust or crop the artwork to suit your preferred frame size through any online printing service. The digital downloads can be printed larger. I would recommend printing at the included sizes or smaller for the most detail. Thank you!
