International shipping

The shop currently only fulfills international orders to customers in North America. However, PDF patterns can be purchased from anywhere in the world. Note: The shipping process is not in our control once the package is in the carrier's care. We purchase insurance for all packages. Should there be an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately. Canadian customers can contact Canada Post for delivery inquiries.

Keep your embroidery in a cool, dry place and away from water and moisture. Washable embroideries should be hand-washed and air-dried. Any other care instructions will be in the listings' descriptions.

Please note that the shipping process is not our control once the package is in the carrier's care. We purchase insurance for all packages. Should there be an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Our shop always keeps track of the delivery progress of your package and will inform you if anything happens. Please track your package often and stay in touch with our shop to ensure your order's safe delivery. If the package fails to reach you and returns to our shop, we will issue you a refund for your item within 24 hours upon receiving the items. Please note that we will refund you for the item and sale tax. Shipping cost is NOT refundable. Message us on Etsy for additional info.

Returns and Refunds Policies

Our customers have 14 days to initiate a return/refund and 30 days to ship the item back to the shop. We WILL only accept return/refund requests during those periods. If the customer initiates a return/refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return/refund: • Digital products. • Custom-made items. • Personalized items (i.e., items with names/initials or personal greetings added) • Items that are on sale for 10% off or more. • Damaged items that the postage carrier or the customers cause. We will issue a refund ONLY for the item in the same condition as when it left our shop. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
