Cute, sleeping foxes cross stitch pattern with repeating woodland elements including trees, leaves and umbel flowers.

The pattern includes a mixture of cross stitch, fractional stitches and backstitch. A beginners guide to fractional stitches, with diagrams is included.

Both patterns include the following versions, but can easily be adapted to fit any size/shape frame.
★ Square version - 6 inches ★ Circle version - 6 inches

Pattern details:
★ Fabric: white 14 count Aida or 28 count evenweave
★ Design Area : 6.3" x 6.3" circle (90 x 90 stitches)
★ Threads required: Black and orange DMC floss (exact numbers included)

Almost done stitching this one up and it's been a lot of fun! This is my first blackwork-heavy project and I totally underestimated the amount of time it would take (I just assumed it would be faster than cross stitch alone, lol) but I'm having a good time regardless. The pattern is easy to read and follow; love that you have the option to stitch either in a hoop or a square version.
