What type of printing is this?

We use Direct-To-Garment printing! This process puts the ink into the shirts fabric unlike vinyl where the ink is on top of the shirt and it cracks and or peels. This type of printing should not crack, fade or peel.

Do these garments run true to size?

All of our items are unisex sizing and fit true to size for unisex. Please feel free to measure your favorite shirt or sweatshirt at home and compare to our size chart in the photos to be sure of your correct fit. You would lay your favorite item down flat and measure armpit to armpit to then compare to the size chart.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges because we custom print each item once ordered. However, if you have any issues at all with the garment or the print, please send us a picture through Etsy contact and we will be happy to send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Is gift messaging or wrapping available?

Currently we cannot include gift messages at this time. We do not include the pricing on the receipt in the package. We will provide you with the tracking number once its on the way so you know when to expect your item.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the you reports they have yet to receive it, LBBargainBarn will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left behind the pillar by the front door."
