What's your refunds policy?

Before any returns, please contact us first at info@george-travelart.com. You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. However, we only accept returns if they are in perfect, intact condition and sent in the original packaging. Please, bear in mind that the cost of return shipping is yours and the product has to arrive undamaged. We kindly ask you to check the condition of the product as you receive them and contact us immediately if you find any damage or other issues. To resolve the problem efficiently and quickly, we would also like you to attach a photo or any other kind of proof of defect or fault. We do not accept refund requests on special offers and customized orders. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind.

What's your shipping policy?

We offer worldwide shipping as long as Covid-19 allows PostNL to reach each and every destination. However, there are some areas where delivery may take up to a month even in peaceful times (e.g. South-America, some parts of Asia). All parcels are trackable so you can follow the route. We wish to make sure you get our products in best possible condition so we use thick (3mm thick) paper tubes to pack our posters. Shipping times vary. We strive to post the prints as soon as possible but aftwerwards it's all in the hands of the carrier. We ask you to be patient.
