Maypop House Designs is a print on demand company. All items are unique and produced per order. We therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or if you simply do not like the product. Likewise, if the shipping details are incorrect, Maypop House Designs is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds, you are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct. We can offer a replacement free of charge, if there are issues with the printing or manufacturing of the item. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send back the original order.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or the shipment is otherwise unclaimed, you will be responsible for any additional costs to correct the shipping address.

Orders Lost in Mail Delivery

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be made within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. In this case, a new order will be printed and shipped at no extra cost to you.

What happens if a package wasn’t delivered to me, but the tracking states that it was?

For packages marked as delivered, but the buyer did not receive it, we will not be able to provide refunds or replacements. We recommend contacting the courier directly to determine whether the delivery may have been made to an unusual location at the customer’s address.

**CARE INSTRUCTIONS**
- Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle
- Dry on low heat setting
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron directly on design surface

Our designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on many of our designs, and a feel that is similar to screen-printing (which avoids the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).

*Slight variances in color and size are normal compared to what you see on a computer screen.

- PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
• All items need time to process. Please refer to the listing for the most up to date processing time for each product. While it officially takes between 2 - 10 days for some items to process most items are ready to go in 3 to 6 days.
• Shipping times can vary, so please check our shop policies for the most updated shipping time estimates. But most of the time you can expect it to take 4 to 6 days for shipping.

I love this tshirt. The print is a bit on the lighter side and though I would’ve liked it to be a bit darker so it can stand out, the light color does give it a nice vintage look.
