Our default shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage. Your order will take around 2 to 5 business days to arrive once it leaves our hands. If you need the item sooner, you do have the option to pay for upgraded Priority Mail at checkout. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive once it leaves our hands. International Shipping - As a buyer, you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, government, HST, GST, PST etc. brokerage, customs clearance fees or any other fees / taxes / dues.

Colors different than pictured.

We offer a wide variety of filament colors, but please be advised that colors are subject to change and discontinuation by the manufacturer at any time. While we do our best to maintain consistency, color variations may occur without notice. Filament batch differences: Filament, the raw material for many 3D printers, is manufactured in batches. Slight inconsistencies in the colorants or mixing process can lead to subtle variations between different spools of the same labeled color.

We strongly recommend that parents closely supervise their children when handling our products. Our prints are NOT toys and 3D printed items can break easier than mass produced products. Please note that all our 3D printed objects are not suitable for young children, as they may include small parts or break into small pieces, presenting a choking hazard.

How do I care for my PLA 3D printed item?

Avoid exposing the 3D print to direct sunlight for long periods of time or extreme heat, as this will cause damage and warping to the model. Clean the model gently with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its shine and remove any dust or debris.

I ordered an item from you and it does not glow by itself, whats up with that?

To charge your glow in the dark item, simply expose it to a common light source, such as sunlight, a lamp, or a phone flashlight. For a more intense glow, you can use a UV or black light. How Glow in the Dark Material Works: Our glow in the dark filament absorbs light energy and stores it. When exposed to a light source, the filament absorbs energy and becomes excited. Once the light source is removed, the filament slowly releases the stored energy in the form of visible light, creating a glowing effect. This process can be repeated indefinitely. Please note that our 3D printed items do not contain radium and require a light source to activate the glow in the dark effect.

Shipping to different address than is on the order.

Etsy has updated the policy on shipping to a different address than what is listed in the order, if you need to correct the shipping address after you have placed the order, the order will now be cancelled and you will have to place the order again with the correct shipping address per Etsy policy.
