Simply message us with any issues, and we will ensure that the files are quickly corrected so that they are entirely usable, and as described in our listings :)

Craft Machine Users Please Note: The files come with the design parts nested on a single file; the layers are not already put together or stacked. You may need to ungroup the pieces. To resize, either rescale before ungrouping, or be sure to select all the parts at the same time and drag to resize the design congruently. The parts will be solid black objects with no color; you will need to allocate colors to the parts if you would like to print.
