Are your products physical items?

All items in this shop are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Some listings are instant downloads, ready to download immediately after purchase, while custom orders are made-to-order digital files created just for you. Once your custom artwork is ready, you’ll receive a high-resolution file that you can download and print instantly.

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

All custom illustrations are made to order. Each piece is hand-painted by me, then scanned and prepared as a digital file. Most custom orders are ready within 2–3 business days, but whenever possible, I always try to send your artwork earlier. You’ll receive a download link as soon as it’s complete.

How do I download my files?

Once your order is complete, Etsy will provide a download link. You can find it in your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews”. Simply click the link to download the file directly to your computer, tablet, or phone, and then print it at home or at a professional printing service.

Can I print my artwork in different sizes?

Yes! All files are high-resolution (300 dpi). I send the file in the exact size you requested during personalization. Please do not scale the file yourself, as this can affect the quality. If you would like a different size or need the file adjusted, just contact me and I’ll be happy to resize it for you without any problem. Recommended sizes are also included in each listing description.

How do custom pet portraits work?

You provide a photo of your pet, and I paint it completely by hand. Then I scan the artwork and deliver it as a high-resolution digital file, making each portrait unique and one-of-a-kind.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because all items are digital and personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are only possible if requested very soon after purchase and before I’ve started working on your artwork (usually within the first few hours). Once I begin the customization, I can’t accept cancellations. If you have any issues, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

3- Once you place your order it will be finished 2-3 days.

4- After that with the digital download you will receive: Jpg files that are High Resolution ( 300 dpi) in RGB format.
