What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. Since my products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds are only offered to customers if the incorrect product has been sent or the product has arrived damaged. Please contact me within 30 days of delivery if you have any concerns regarding your order.

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what do I do?

I'm very sorry this happened! Please contact me as soon as possible (within 30 days) with your order number and photos of the received product. I will get back to you as soon as possible and work quickly to resolve the issue. Refunds are offered to customers in these situations.

What is DTG printing?

Direct-to-garment printing is a printing process which sprays water-based inks onto garments. It uses environmentally-friendly inks to create detailed, high-quality prints. Except for white, all garments have a white base applied under the design to enhance the vibrancy. To ensure the print lasts as long as possible, be sure to follow the care instructions.

Please note that due to varying monitor settings and lighting differences, colors may appear slightly different between the listing photos and the actual product.

50% polyester, 50% cotton (pre-shrunk)

All products are printed with eco-friendly ink using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. They are made with cotton for a very soft, comfortable feel and blended with polyester fibers to add durability and resistance to shrinkage.

Sizing is UNISEX and true to size. Please refer to the size chart in the listing photos for exact measurements. If you have any questions, please contact me before ordering! Since all garments are made to order, sizing issues cannot be refunded.
