The customer service was amazing. Jurij reply on the same day and pretty fast too. He even showed a youtube video on how the wallet was made. I can respect that. When i open the very nice packaging, I was greeted with a very distinct smell, I was like "yup thats leather". The wallet itself looks great the pictures doesn't do it justice. The exterior is smooth Shell Cordovan while the inner pockets is a rougher leather. I really like the contract of texture and color the both offers and fits well. Which brings me the finishing on the edges, I don't know what scocery Jurij did, but this does not look nor feel like pieces of leather slapped together. All in all, I bought to treat myself and boy, at this competitive price, was it a treat. I look forward to the patina and what products Kolos Leather offer in the future. Cheers
