What are the average shipping times?

Once your item ships, you'll be given tracking information that includes an estimated delivery date. It can take up to 3 business days for the tracking info to be updated. If you want further updates on your order after it has shipped, please reach out to the shipping company with the provided tracking number.

How to choose the right wallpaper panels size & quantity?

All you need is your wall height and width measurements. Do not exclude windows or doorways from your measurements. Size: Choose a panel size that is slightly higher than your wall to ensure full height coverage. Quantity: Divide you wall width in inches by 26 and round up the number you get to a whole number. (E.g. wall width=200"; 200/26=7.69, you'll need 8 panels) Important: Always round up to account for any variation in ceiling height or wall width. Make sure to order enough panels for your entire project in one order. Separate orders of the same pattern are printed in different batches, which can result in minor color variations. If you'd like custom size panels for your project please send us a message with your requirements :)

Should I cut my wallpaper panels to size before installing?

No. this way you risk cutting the panels too short or mismatching them later. You should always install the panels first and then carefully trim away the excess from where the wall meets the ceiling and baseboard. This approach guarantees a perfect installation that looks great!

Do you offer custom sizes?

We can create custom size wallpapers. Please, send us a message with your project requirements :) For our other products we are currently limited to specific dimensions that our production partners offer.

We have 10in x 10in samples for every wallpaper design in our shop. When you order a sample kit you will receive 2 sample swatches with different pattern scales: • 30% pattern scale (for illustration only). • 100% pattern scale (actual size). Go ahead and try them out! Test quality and adhesion :)

Which wallpaper type to choose?

We have 4 different options to choose from: 1. Peel and Stick (Vinyl): The "go to" option for bathrooms, vanity & kitchen backsplashes and any moisture-prone area, as it is water-resistent. 2. Peel and Stick (Fabric): DIY-friendly option with textile-like texture. Both Fabric and Vinyl options work like giant stickers and allow for adjustments during installation, but unlike the Vinyl option, the Fabric is not water-resistent. 3. Non-Woven Prepasted: Smooth semi-glossy paper-based option. Doesn't require glue, only water to be activated. 4. Non-Woven Unpasted: Smooth semi-glossy paper-based option. 1. Apply only to smooth, texture-free, sealed, and dry surfaces. Avoid applying wallpaper to washable, non-stick, heavily textured or scrubbable surfaces. Certain paint types—like eggshell, stain-resistant, washable, low-VOC, or scrubbable finishes—can create adhesion issues due to their protective coating.
2. You can improve adhesion by priming the working surface with flat white primer before installing your wallpapers.
3. For recently painted walls allow at least 4 weeks for the paint to cure before applying the wallpaper to avoid bubbling and adhesion failure.
4. Always apply the panels from the top edge down.
5. Order a size that's at least 5 inches taller than your wall. This way you ensure full height coverage and it will be much easier to precisely cut out what's left at the bottom without damaging your walls.
6. To ensure color consistency across your wallpaper panels, order all materials you'd need at once. Different batches may result in slight color variations.

Due to the made-to-order nature of the wallpapers, all sales are final.

The key to proper adhesion is the wall surface—if the surface isn’t smooth enough, sealed, fully cured, or has non-stick paint on it, the contact between the wall and the wallpaper won’t be strong, leading to adhesion issues.

It's important to note that proper installation is the customer's responsibility.
We encourage you to order samples to test color and adhesion before purchasing.
