To help protect your print, wash your garment inside out in COLD water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly. Do not dry clean. Please note that the care instructions on the garment tag apply to the blank garment only and may not be suitable for the applied design. Following these steps will help extend the life of both the garment and print.

A sizing chart based on the garment manufacturer’s measurements is included in the product photos for each listing. For the best fit, lay a similar garment you already own flat, measure it, and compare those measurements with our size chart before ordering. If you need a different size after receiving your order, we do offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for returning the original item in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and for the applicable Exchange Postage fee. Please contact us through Etsy Messages and we’ll be happy to assist.

How do exchanges work?

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color. Because our apparel is made to order and size charts are provided on every listing, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to customer-requested exchanges. Contact us through Etsy Messages first, return the item at your expense in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, and purchase our Exchange Postage listing. Once received and inspected, we’ll produce and ship the replacement. Items showing wear, washing, smoke odors, perfume/fragrance, pet hair, stains, or other use will not be accepted.

We accept eligible returns of items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, we refund the original item price only; original shipping is non-refundable. Items with smoke odors, perfume/fragrance, pet hair, stains, deodorant marks, signs of washing, wear, or other use will not be accepted. If a return is declined, no refund will be issued. We’ll contact you through Etsy Messages. If you want the item shipped back, return postage is your responsibility.

What if I received a defective item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, please contact us through Etsy Messages. We will either issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, or reprint and send a replacement at no additional charge. Clear photos of the defect or printing issue will be required so we can review the problem. Please note: Sizing or fit preference is not considered a product defect. Please review the size chart provided with each listing before ordering.

We're Mystik Spiral, but we're thinking of changing the name.

We prefer to print this design on a 100% ring-spun cotton (yes, that is the good soft stuff, not the cheap scratchy kind) t-shirt or tank top from Next Level, but if those are not available from our supplier for the size and color you'd like we will use a comparable brand as a replacement to get you your item as soon as possible with the same quality and feel you've come to expect from Next Level.

The design is printed and shipped in the USA.

If you are unsure of what size to get please use the sizing chart in the photos. It is based on the manufacturer's sizing chart. These are regular adult sizes, so if you normally wear a large you should get a large. If you're not happy with the size you received, we do offer exchanges. Just send us a message through Etsy about your order and we will be happy to assist you with that.

We will upload a tracking number to your order once it is processed for shipping.
