When will my order be shipped out and how long will it take to arrive to me?

Please read below, it's VERY IMPORTANT!!! 1. For digital print: NO physical product will be shipped. After your payment has cleared Etsy will direct you to the download location. 2. For paper prints & canvas: We work with 3 US based professional lab, they prepare and distribute the prints or canvas for us. All items are made to order. orders are generally shipped from the USA 4 - 9 BUSINESS days from the order date via United States Postal Service Mail. Orders take 5 - 7 business days to be delivered within the United States and 2-5 weeks worldwide. Please be advised that the shipping is totally out of my control, this is only for the estimate, it works most of the time and I DO NOT guarantee the arriving time.

For printed print, will my print come with frame?

Frame Not Included. The frame is for display purpose only and is NOT included in your purchase.

For printed print, do you offer upgrade shipping?

Yes and No. Upgrade shipping available only for U.S Shipping Address. You may choose the upgrade shipping method from the drop down menu when you place your order (Not applicable to every item). International customers may contact me for a quote before place your order. Please be advised that Upgrade shipping is for the upgrade of shipping method. NOT for the processing time. We still need time to prepare your prints.

For printed print, my order has not been delivered or is lost.

If you have doubts about postal service in your area, please consider having your package insured, there is an extra fee for the insurance charge and you have to contact us first before placing your order, we need create a special order for you.

All prints will be packaged in an acid-free, protective sleeve in a large, flat cardboard envelope or a postal tube.

All canvasses are sent in protective cardboard boxes

Shipping: I use USPS first-class shipping with tracking. The average time would be around 2 weeks. (US, Canada, and some European countries might take less; others might take longer.)

All canvases will ship separately with other paper prints. If you order both canvas and paper prints, you will receive separate packages. ONE for canvas, and another for paper print. Canvases will ship directly from the US canvas lab.

Please note that because of the high production costs and custom nature of canvas prints, all canvases are non-returnable or non-refundable. If, however, your canvas arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

Please remember that colors may vary due to your monitor settings.
