How do I download my file?

You can locate your order and downloads at any time in "Purchases and Reviews" section in your Etsy account: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you purchased as a 'guest', you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folders, or if using Gmail the social/promotions tabs. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer. Let me know if you run into any trouble getting your print. I can send it over to you directly.

What kind of paper should I use?

I find that heavyweight matte photo paper usually brings out the best in these prints. However, feel free to choose a different finish if you have a specific vision in mind for the end result.
