Custom and personalized orders

We do and love custom works. To request a custom order, you can contact me using Etsy's Conversation feature or use the "Request Custom Item" button available on each listing. I require payment for custom orders before beginning designing on your item. I will keep you updated throughout the process as to your item's estimated ship date. As stated in my shop policies, unless the product arrives damaged, there are No Returns on custom orders.

When will I get my order?

International delivery time is around 5-10 business days. A business day is Monday-Friday. It may occur in some cases to take up to 30 business days due to things that are not in our control like customs or location. Please get in touch if it has not arrived by then.

Why my case looks slightly different than photos?

We do our best to photograph each design but due to the natural wood sometimes can appear variations in color, figure, and texture. Also your case may look different in the sunlight than it will inside. The best part is that no two cases looks exactly alike which makes them entirely unique.

Our phone cases are little pieces of artwork. Most of them are hand painted. Although it does protect the phone (the sides and the rear) we do recommend you apply a screen protector, and please keep it away from direct and long exposure to sun, humidity, animals and sharp objects or keys. Also our non-toxic finish and high quality paint we use ensures your case will look great for years to come and keeps the natural feeling of wood. In order to keep it clean and shiny you can clean it once in a while with a soft toothbrush and mineral oil.

This was a gift for my husband. It was awesome to see photos of the work in progress on your Instagram and my husband loved seeing the process.
