Absolutely! We offer sample kits that include a selection of our designs, paper types, and other options. This allows you to assess the quality and style of our work before making a decision.

3. How many invitations should we order?

The number of invitations you need depends on the number of households or couples you're inviting, not the total guest count. It's a good idea to order a few extra in case of errors or last-minute additions.

4. Can we request custom design elements or colors to match our wedding theme?

Absolutely! We're here to create invitations that match your unique vision. We can incorporate your preferred colors, design elements, or even custom illustrations to make your invitations one-of-a-kind.

5. What's the timeline for addressing and sending out our invitations?

Addressing and sending out your invitations should ideally take place 6-8 weeks before your wedding. If you've sent Save the Date cards, invitations can be sent closer to the 6-week mark. This allows guests ample time to RSVP and make arrangements. However, if you are having a destination wedding then sending the wedding invitations out 9-12 weeks before your wedding will give your guests plenty of time to make arrangements for travel and accommodations.

6. Do you offer envelope addressing services?

Yes! Digital guest envelope addressing and return address printing is included with your order. This service allows us to add a personal and elegant touch to your wedding invitations, making the process even more convenient for you. 8. What's your policy on corrections or changes after the proofs have been approved?

We take pride in creating meticulously personalized wedding invitations that capture the essence of your love story. To ensure the accuracy and quality of your stationery, we provide you with an opportunity to review and approve proofs before production begins. This step allows you to double-check all the details and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We kindly ask that you review the proofs carefully. Once you've provided your approval, the responsibility for any errors or typos shifts to the customer. This includes any changes or revisions needed after the proofs have been approved. Any reprints will be the responsibility of the customer, with no exceptions.

9. Do you offer tracking information for shipped orders?

- Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders. - Your invitation suites will ship via USPS or UPS first class mail. Complimentary shipping on domestic orders (USA) is included with each suite. This excludes day-of stationery. Rushed shipping rates will apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. - Paper Garden is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped, as factors beyond our control may affect their delivery. We cannot take responsibility for packages that have been damaged by the postal service during transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping courier if you have any questions about your package once it has shipped.
