> Chose your size (ranging from Small to XXL) and make sure to chose the right apparel you want (Sweatshirt, Hoodie, T-shirt)
> Chose the colour (If you want a different colour which is not listed up, message us)
> Fill in any necessary information in the 'Add your personalisation' section
> Double check your address and information spelling

▶️ Which Brand do you use for your products?

For the Sweatshirt, Hoodie and T-shirt, our leading supplier is Gildan!
In the rare occasion of when sizes are out of stock in Gildan, we use Fruit of the Loom as our secondary brand for Sweatshirts, Hoodies and T-shirt.
Other brands we use in low stock emergencies
- Russel (T-shit)
The material for all our products are 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

Disclaimer!
Different brands may have slightly different colour shades for some colours. We will do our best to match the Gildan colours as best as possible but please expect a slight difference in shade when an alternative brand is used.

During holidays, please expect delays as the number of orders are higher than usual. We will do our best to fufil your order as soon as possible.

Worldwide / Europe
- We do not accept Returns or Exchanges outside of the UK.
- We accept Refunds on any lost products.

UK
- We advise double-checking size by measuring yourself and using the size chart to get the best possible fit. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on any sizing complications
- We do accept Returns or Exchanges on any products that arrive damaged or lost.
- Some products include *personalisations and are made to order, which is why we minimise Returns and Exchanges as much as possible.

Orders cancellation requests are accepted within a 24hr timeframe after the sale.
Returns and Exchanges accepted within a week.

Customers are responsible for all return/exchange postage costs.

The apparel is unisex and are sized slightly oversized. If you prefer a Fitted style, please size down, whereas if you prefer an oversized fit, please size up.
