What if I entered a wrong address?

That's an easy fix, just message me ASAP. Once the shipping label is printed, it can't be fixed. I cannot be held responsible for unverified addresses, so please double check that all your shipping information is correct at checkout. If an item is returned to sender, it will cost an additional shipping fee.

My order has been marked as delivered but I never received it.

Unfortunately I have no control over the shipping of an item once it leaves my store. I will try everything I can with helping to find the missing item, but at that point it is a post office issue.
