Custom and personalized orders

Any paper flower order can be made in whatever color combination you want, in as many colors as you want. The same applies to all party decorations like cake toppers, garlands, cupcake toppers, confetti and favors.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are carefully packed with both packaging pa part and bubble wrap to ensure that it arrives safely. Shop owner is not responsible for damages caused by the delivery service.

Shipping Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. If the items are on hand, I quickly start working on the order and ship it out as fast as I can. If the items are not on hand and I need to go shopping for them, it might take a little longer. Most orders for wreaths, cake toppers, cupcake toppers, and garlands take about one week to complete. Favors need more time so about two weeks. And paper flowers, depending on the size of the order, might take 1-3 weeks. For details, see individual items.

Problem with your Order

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package and let me know the nature of the problem and we can work out a way to replace the items or issue a refund.

Seller is not responsible for any damages incurred during travel. All items are very carefully packaged with adequate support materials (bubble wrap, packaging paper, etc) and multiple stickers on the outside for safe handling. Any damages incurred by the delivery system (USPS, UPS; FedEx, etc.) is not our responsibility.
