What is my Return or Refund policy?

We do not accept returns for a refund as per our policy. However, if you encounter any damage to the print, simply send us a picture of the damage along with the print, and we'll promptly send you a new reprint hassle-free. Unlike many canvas shops that refund after you return items at your own cost, our approach ensures you get a reprint without incurring additional expenses for return shipping.

All artwork and images in my shop are digitally created originals. They are not handmade paintings or real photographs, and I do not sell any handmade artwork.

• Size Formats (Inches vs. Centimeters): Whether your print is produced in inches or centimeters depends on the region it ships from (US facilities use inches, while UK/EU facilities use centimeters). • Confirmation Before Ordering: If you require confirmation about sizing, frame style, or any details specific to your region, please contact me before placing your order so I can assist you. • Long-style prints (like 10x20, 20x40, or 30x60 inches) are cropped panoramic formats, as seen in the longest format displayed in product images, so customers can choose before making decision.
