Will I be charged any taxes, customs duties, or fees on my order?

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning Yukon Bags assumes responsibility for VAT, duty, and customs clearance fees, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for you. Please note: due to local regulations, Sweden, India, and Russia are currently excluded from DDP service.

When will I receive my order? Where is my order manufactured and shipped from?

Most orders ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your package is on its way. Estimated delivery times: • USA: 3–4 business days • EU: 1–2 business days • Canada: 3–6 business days • Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 business days • GCC Countries: 5–7 business days Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on availability. Each shipment includes tracking number. Please note: Delays may occur during holidays, customs checks, or unexpected events. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Every Yukon Bags product is handcrafted in Türkiye and shipped directly from our atelier. This ensures authentic craftsmanship, premium materials, and the exceptional quality that defines our brand.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, before it is processed by our warehouse. After that time, we cannot make changes or cancel shipments already in transit. If your package has already shipped, you can still receive it and then return it to our U.S. warehouse following our return policy.

To keep your leather bag or accessory looking its best, we recommend applying a leather conditioner every six months. Conditioning helps maintain softness, prevent cracking, and enhance the natural patina over time. We also offer our own Leather Conditioning Kit, specially formulated with natural ingredients, designed to nourish and protect your Yukon Bag for years to come.
