How do I download my file after purchase?

Digital files are available immediately after payment on your Etsy account. Etsy will also send you an email with the download link. ✔️ On a computer: Log in to your Etsy account, go to "Purchases and reviews", and click "Download files". ✔️ On mobile: Etsy does not allow digital downloads via the mobile app. You’ll need to access Etsy from a web browser to download your files. If you can’t find your file, check your confirmation email or message me!

My file is too large to download from Etsy. How can I access it?

Some larger files are hosted on Google Drive or KDrive. If this applies to your order, you will receive a PDF with a secure link to access your files. No account is required to download them. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact me!

My file won’t open. What should I do?

All my files are compatible with common software: ✔️ PDF: Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any PDF reader. ✔️ JPEG/PNG: Viewable with any image viewer. ✔️ Editable files (Canva): Use the provided link to open your design in Canva. If you’re having trouble, try downloading the file on a computer instead of a phone or tablet. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to me!

Are your digital files safe?
