Gift wrapping and packaging

Checking the 'this item is a gift' option at checkout will mean I do not include an itemised receipt, and not that it is gift wrapped (gift wrap is a separate add-on option). When I send packages outside of the UK legally I need to declare the value of the contents on the outside of the package, which may undermine your wishes regarding this - something to keep in mind. Note that I do not tend to include receipts with orders unless requested at checkout as a measure of saving paper. Etsy will email you a digital receipt after checkout. You can leave a note at checkout if you wish for a physical receipt to be posted to you.

Items on screen vs. in real life

I do my best to accurately represent how an item looks in my photos regarding colour, but be aware that there may be slight variations to colour on your screen vs. the actual product. Monitors and phone screens tend to have minor variations in the colours they display and I unfortunately cannot account for this difference across all devices. However, if you feel that the colour of something you received is wholly unexpected, please do get in touch.

I'm in the UK - when will my order arrive?

Please account for the processing time on top of the shipping time - my standard processing time is 1-3 business days but certain custom listings can take longer. I use Royal Mail 2nd class mail; you can expect your item within 4 business days of receiving the dispatch email (however it can occasionally take somewhat longer), or upgrade to 1st class mail (Royal Mail aims for 1 business day). If your order is more than ten business days late in arriving please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. You are also welcome to get in touch in advance of placing an order if you require something more urgently. I may be able to accommodate a faster production and ship date, circumstances depending!

Resending orders/Customer returns

RETURNS: I accept returns; buyers pay for return costs. Contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. I highly recommend using a tracked method of posting to return an item. RESENDING: If an item is returned to me due to an insufficient/incorrect address being provided at checkout, or the item has been returned due to it not being collected from the post office/unpaid custom or handling fees - I am happy to resend it with the further postage cost being covered by the buyer. I can otherwise refund the order in full. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS A GIFT BEING SENT DIRECTLY THE RECIPIENT.

Wholesale availability

I offer wholesale on certain items - please get in touch via the 'contact shop owner' button to make an enquiry.

I'm in the USA - how do these tariffs work?

Usually tariffs are charged to the customer upon import. The USA is doing things a little differently by only accepting DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) mail, so I need to collect the tariff cost at the point of sale and then remit it to the USA government. I have rolled the costs into my USA shipping profiles. This means that the price you pay at checkout includes the tariff charge and handling fee (approx. 70¢ per order), and you will not be charged anything further upon import. The majority of my shop has the baseline 10% tariff applied to it for UK-made goods, with some exceptions: - Washi tape will incur a 30% tariff - Greetings cards, art prints and original illustrations are exempt and will incur only single handling fee per order.

The sun shines bright on this rainy day, and the rainbow dragon comes out to play!

This 1000 piece jigsaw measures 50 x 66cm, and includes both an A4 and larger A3 poster to assist you with your puzzling.

I've designed this jigsaw to be as fun and exciting as I can! I enjoy gradient puzzles and so there are multiple gradients within this image: the rainbow dragon, the colour of the rain itself, and a subtle gradient in the blue sky all make it easy to identify the general area pieces go - so even those pesky clouds aren't too much of a challenge.

PLEASE NOTE my manufacturer has changed the cut of the puzzle since took photos of it - it is now a more standard ribbon/grid cut. Pieces measure in at a sturdy 1.9mm thick.

My puzzle manufacturer is eco-conscious:
- The millboard (the cardboard bit of the puzzle) is made from 100% recycled materials
- The ink is sourced in the UK and is vegan
- The box is compact and space saving, thus using less materials
- Use of Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) paper sourced from FSC & PEFC sources in the production process
- Made locally in Devon in the UK

A note: Etsy requires me to add an entirely unedited photo to my listings. I colour-correct my photos to represent my products as accurately as I can. Please see the final photo as 'proof' that this is a real physical item (I believe this is Etsy's main intent with this unedited photo), and look to my other listing photos for an understanding of their actual colour.

USA CUSTOMERS: Tariffs are covered by shipping costs. Orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - rest assured that you will NOT pay any extra fees after purchase!

Refer to the below information for reasonable delivery timeframes (note that Etsy may overestimate delivery dates). I do not offer shipping guarantees.

Please account for the processing time on top of the shipping time - my standard processing time is 1-3 business days but certain custom listings can take longer.

UK: Standard delivery (2nd Class) - you should expect your item within 5 business days after receiving my dispatch email - note that Royal Mail do not always run to time and I advise upgrading to an expedited service for time-sensitive deliveries.

Overseas: Royal Mail attempts to deliver to most countries within 9-12 business days, but I cannot account for the time a package may spend at customs, or be otherwise delayed by the mail carrier. Please contact me via Etsy Messaging if it has not arrived within 6 weeks of the dispatch date and I will be glad to assist.

This artist is fantastic and I ordered a bunch of their items. I’ve got a fantasy themed office and goblin bathroom and I’ve hung up 5 or so pieces of their art. Everyone loves them and I get a lot of compliments. They messaged about possible delays despite it delivering on time and had an amazing thank you message with hand drawn doodles on the packaging. This puzzle is in my substance abuse recovery counseling office and really calms the participants as they do this puzzle and talk with me. Thank you 🙏🏻

This has been such a fun puzzle! I love the feel of these pieces, they aren't glossy, and there were no false fits which is a huge plus! For me, as a new puzzler, this was a challenge to put together. The clouds and background had me taking breaks lol all in all, loved this 😊 thank you so much! The design gives me nostalgia, it's whimsy and colorful.

Haven't made it yet but cannot wait to get started. Super cute dragon and bird illustration, excellent quality pieces so will definitely stand being made a few times (although I think I may end up framing it) The poster is a great size and such a lovely touch
