Fittings:
Brass fittings are made from a pure brass casting.
Brass can turn green/grey when in contact with water and salty air. Therefore, we recommend stainless steel fittings for dogs that spend a lot of time near water. Brass fittings can stain dogs with white or light-colored fur.
The metal parts can also leave a residue on the rope, which is particularly noticeable on light-colored ropes.
The black, silver, and rose-colored fittings are colored using a zinc die-casting process. With regular use, some color wear may occur. This does not affect the quality or safety of the leash/collar in any way and is therefore not a reason for return.
Due to lighting conditions during product photography and different screen settings, the color of the product may not be accurately reproduced.
An important request: All collars are only suitable for dogs that walk well on a leash. Pulling on the leash while wearing a collar can cause injuries to the cervical spine and damage the collar material. Moppy accepts no responsibility for improper use.
The collar is meticulously handcrafted. However, always check it for damage to the material and seams before use.
