Will I receive a physical product?

No. All items listed in the shop are digital files only. All files will be in the PDF format and will be available to download and print immediately upon purchasing.

Where can I find my item once purchased?

Digital downloads can be found in Etsy's purchases dashboard or by visiting: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Items are only available to download on PC, laptop, or desktop computer NOT on the etsy app.

Where can I print my purchased item?

All items listed in the shop were created with the intent of at-home printing. If you would like to have them professionally printed, you are more than welcome to have a printing shop print them for you. Please note that not all printers are the same and some slight color differences are normal. Sincerely August Co is not responsible for any printing issues that you may encounter after purchasing and upon printing.

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. For instance, if you purchase a duplicate item or purchase the wrong item (and have not downloaded the incorrect item yet) a refund can be issued. Refunds may also be given on as-yet-unseen circumstances as well. I take great pride in each item I list for sale and want to make sure each customer has a 5 star experience! Can I edit, modify, or distribute the designs?

IMPORTANT: My designs reach all the way to the edge of 8.5 x 11 printer paper. You can also try different percentages until satisfied with the final result.
