Aftermarket front footpads are known to damage controller modules, as well as have ghosting issues. Sometimes, specifically in VESC builds, An aluminum plate can cause major issues with bluetooth connectivity to the controller. This 2.5mm PolyCarbonate plate solves all these issues. This model is designed specifically for the TFL GT Kush wide, GT Kush lo, And GT, CnR Airpad. I recommend attaching it to the bottom of the Kush pad using a slightly elastic adhesive such as E6000. All plates come with a pre-attached Translucent cable guide. It fits perfectly in the channel in the controller box, easily routs the cable to the controller, and protects the cable. Just rout the cable through it, and fill it with hot glue.
*While these offer a large amount of extra support and effectively eliminate ghosting due to pad flex, polycarbonate is NO WHERE NEAR AS RIGID AND SUPPORTIVE AS ALUMINUM. If your controller box lid will see a considerable amount of abuse, I recommend going with an aluminum plate.
