Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via USPS Ground Advantage unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. If your package is delayed, lost, or appears stuck in transit, please contact me so I can work with USPS. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, I will refund the order total minus the original shipping cost.
