If you cannot locate your package after it is marked as delivered, please:

Check around your property (porch, garage, mailbox, back door, bushes, etc.).

Ask household members or neighbors in case they accepted it on your behalf.

Contact your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance.

Please note: I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, the buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
