What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it. We are happy to send a replacement or issue a refund. However, after 15 days, we will no longer be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, the production process begins almost immediately to ensure fast and efficient delivery times. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. 💛
