The "Ship by" date may be moved at our discretion if there is no reply to the proof within 24 hrs. If no reply to the "changed shipping date" email It will be mailed without proof approval on the new shipping date as is, or refunded if we didn't have enough information to complete it.

Time To Report an Issue

We can help fix any issues, but you need to contact us within TWO weeks of receiving your product. After two weeks, it is out of our hands!

Delivered Packages/Lost Packages

Packages tracked by USPS showing Delivered but are missing are the post office's responsibility but please let us know right away so we can look in to it! Call your local post office or intercept your carrier asap. If it's lost and NOT stated as delivered we can put in a claim with USPS to get a refund but will ship another right out to you.

The Stanley cups were amazing, I ordered 15 of them with the names of all the male guests that were coming to my wedding. They are going to love them at the all-inclusive resort. Great quality, great customer service by the seller, I would highly recommend!
