1. How do I access my digital downloads?

Because the clipart files are high quality and very large, Etsy’s direct upload limits don’t allow me to attach them here. Instead, you’ll receive a PDF with a secure Dropbox download link immediately after your purchase. Just click the link to access your files.

2. What file format and quality are included?

All files are saved in ZIP format for easy download. Inside, you’ll find: ✅ PNG files (transparent background) ✅ 3600 x 3600 px resolution ✅ 300 dpi (print quality) This ensures crisp, professional results whether for digital or print projects.

3. I can’t open the ZIP file. What should I do?

To access your images, you’ll need to extract the ZIP file: ✅ On PC: use WinZip, WinRAR, or 7-Zip (free). ✅ On Mac: simply double-click the file. ✅ On phone/tablet: you may need a free unzip app.

4. Can I use these for commercial projects?

✅Yes! You may use the clipart for personal and small commercial use, such as creating designs for invitations, stickers, cards, or Print on Demand (POD) sites. ❌ Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files “as is” or claim them as your own artwork.

5. Do you take custom requests?

Not at the moment. My current focus is on expanding my shop’s clipart collections. However, I may consider custom offers in the future.

6. I purchased but can’t find my files.

Don’t worry! Your purchase comes with a PDF containing the Dropbox download link. If you can’t find it: ✅ Check Your Account > Purchases & Reviews. ✅ Look for Etsy’s confirmation email with the PDF attached. ✅ If you’re still having trouble, send me a message and I’ll resend the link.

7. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Since these are digital files, refunds or exchanges aren’t possible once the files are downloaded. But if there’s any issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll help resolve it.

8. Can I use your clipart on Print on Demand sites (Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, etc.)?

Yes, but only if you create new, unique designs with them. Files cannot be uploaded “as is.”

9. Do you offer bulk discounts?
