How do I personalize?

Your text will be copy & pasted to avoid any errors, so please double check your order before submitting. If you prefer all uppercase or lower case, please indicate so (example: LUKE vs Luke, CARLEY vs Carley, etc)

If I order today, how long before my item will ship?

See the processing time tab on the item you are interested in. We try to ship within 3-5 business days, if at all possible. You never pay for rush processing (we don't think that's fair) and others can't buy their way to the front of the line. Send us a message if you have a deadline.

What shipping carrier do you use?

1-3 ornaments will ship USPS 1st class mail (estimated delivery time after shipping is 2-5 days). 4+ ornaments will ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day estimated delivery time after shipping). You will receive tracking info on all packages once shipped.

Absolutely NOT! Designs are professionally printed directly onto the ornament. They are not flimsy stickers & won't peel off. We do not use stencils that produce choppy-looking words/fonts.

Do you make all of the items in your shop?

Yes! Every single item in our shop is hand made by our Midwestern family in the comfort of our busy home workshop.

Dust with a dry cloth. Ornaments not recommended for washing with water or other chemical based cleaner.

Each ornament is expertly handcrafted and fashioned from porcelain. Designs are professionally & permanently printed (no stickers or stencils). Ornaments may not match the pictures above exactly because they are each handmade. Slight variations may occur, depending on your design, personalization, etc.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each ornaments comes with a free kraft gift box (brown box). Upgrade to an ornate black & white box with bag for an extra special touch.
