Custom and personalized orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized gifts, we are unable to accept returns, except in instances where items arrive damaged or defective. Any such issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt to ensure prompt resolution.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may experience longer transit times. Please allow 14–20 business days for delivery after your order has shipped. Holiday shipping guarantees apply only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders shipped to U.S. Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses may take 4–6 weeks for delivery once shipped. If you select EXPRESS shipping, your order will be delivered within 4 business days after it is placed.

For optimal results, please provide a high-quality JPEG file (maximum 20 MB; recommended dimensions: 2000 px, 300 dpi). Please note that mobile devices may offer limited resizing options. After you confirm your order via the link, no further adjustments to the photo can be made, as our system does not support image resizing.
