“The crate is beautiful and despite a snafu with the original shipment not including all the panels, the maker made it right and sent another crate. I will say that there are some parts of the flat panels for the “roof” that have splintering. Nothing too bad as I’ll plan on sanding it a bit myself, but keep an eye out for this if it’s on a part of the crate that your dog would touch. Additionally, the way the pieces lock together (particularly the floor) make it so this item can’t really sit on an uneven floor, or partway on/off a rug. Nothing a little shim won’t fix, but good to keep in mind depending on where you plan on putting the crate.”

DO NOT BUY THIS DOG CRATE! It had a terrible smell that we could not get rid of. The stain was some sort of spray that rubbed off onto everything in our house - so would be unsafe for a pet. The panels were thin and held together by clips. Anything but the smallest and calmest dog could bust right through it. We got an ETSY refund due to the seller not responding to our contact, but later received an email from the seller asking how we liked the item?
