We understand the need for privacy and stealth! Our packages come in plain, unmarked boxes or mailer bags. The only reference to the brand is the return address name, “Blazy Susan”.

Production + Shipping Times

We ship orders Monday–Friday. Orders in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days*. Our free shipping option generally takes 2 -10 business days for domestic customers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your package every step of the way. *Note: Our processing time is subject to change if we are experiencing a high volume of orders*

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order through your account's order history. Still waiting on your order? If the tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your order looks lost, just send us a message. We’ll check things out and get a replacement sent your way if needed.

My tracking says delivered but I don’t have it!

If your tracking says "delivered" but you don't have the package, first check with roommates, neighbors, building managers, the leasing office, mailroom, or anyone else nearby who might have picked it up. Please ensure the shipping address you provided is accurate. If the package is still missing, contact your local post office, as packages can sometimes be marked "Delivered" up to 36 hours before actual delivery. If these steps don’t help, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance. Note: Blazy Susan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do I change my shipping address?

We're no longer able to make address changes once an order has been placed. If you entered the wrong address, please send us a cancellation request as soon as possible—before the order ships—and you can place a new order with the correct information. Once an order is shipped, we unfortunately can't reroute it. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the carrier or your local post office to explore delivery options.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. While we've loved serving customers around the world in the past, we've paused international shipping for our Etsy shop. If you're outside the U.S., you may still be able to order directly through our website at blazysusan.com, depending on your location. Thanks for your support, and stay blazy!

We understand plans can change. You can cancel your order before it's marked as shipped. Just send us a message along with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.

My Order Arrived Damaged/Incorrect

If your package arrives intact but your product is damaged, please submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery, including pictures of both the box and the product. Replacement requests are subject to validation and approval at Blazy Susan’s discretion. Please note, we are not responsible for damages to any merchandise once the item has been used, worn, or washed. If your order is incorrect, please email us with images and a description of the incorrect item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. This helps us understand what went wrong and ensures we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

What are your papers & cones' ingredients?

Our papers are sourced from one of the finest mills in France, and the wood pulp used is FSC sustainably harvested! We prioritize quality and sustainability in our materials. We test our products thoroughly, from the packaging to the final product itself. Our pink papers are colored using a food-safe dye, and our purple papers use a vegetable-based dye. While we can't disclose our exact formulation, rest assured that our process is vegan, GMO-free, and food safe! Our dye does not include Red Dye #40 or Red Dye #1. However, if you have concerns about food-safe dyes, we recommend trying our unbleached papers!

My current preferred smoking method is to use these filters with Blazy Susan pre-roll cones, connected through the little silicone adapter. The smoke is cooler and cleaner. Plus, the clever packaging kinda grabs you one when you open the box. :)
