Lost or damaged packages

If your items arrive damaged, or if your package was shipped out but never arrived, please contact me. I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis. If your order arrived damaged, you must send me photos with the damage of the outer package and the print. After evaluating the damages, we'll send you a new print to replace the damaged one. The new print will have the same design and the same size. In this particular case, a return of payment will not be allowed, we will send you a new order completely free of charge to replace the damaged one.

All orders will be shipped with tracking number. Orders will be shiped to the adress that you supplied through ETSY, so please make sure that this address is correct before placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: if you give us the wrong adress, we will ask you to pay the shipping for re sending your order. ( Initial shipping fees will not be refunded)

Also in case you where left a Notice from the Post service and you did not pick up your parcel, we will need to ask you to pay the shipping fees to re send your prints. In case you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us , we will love to help you. Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country. We can not take care of waiting in the customs of each country, this time CAN NOT be considered delivery time.

Custom and personalised orders

I welcome any enquiries for customised orders, please just message me and I will get back to you within 1-2 working days, thanks.

Please contact us within 10 days after receiving your package if you want to make a return. To return an item, you must ship the package back at your expense, and the item must arrive in good, unused condition. We will then offer a refund of the purchase price of the item (not including shipping cost). Also note that the money refunds could not be claimed after 1 month from the shipment, and the limit to claim for lost orders is 2 months from the initial order.

If you need an invoice issued directly by the shop, please request it at the time of purchase. For past orders, buyers can download the Etsy receipt directly from their Etsy account. Invoices cannot be issued retroactively for orders from previous tax periods.

· FineArt BARYTA:
Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta 325 grams paper with high-gloss surface. 100% cellulose, it’s perfect for black and white photographs.

This poster has been digitally restored and enhanced, but retains small imperfections to maintain the original character of the artwork. It's not an original vintage poster.
