How do I download my artwork?

After purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile/Purchases and Reviews. If you purchased as a 'guest', you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk mail folders, or if using GMAIL the social/promotion tabs. This is not a physical item. Nothing will be shipped. Look for a PDF file with a link to Google Drive. Click the DOWNLOAD HERE message to access Google Drive. There you will find 5 jpg files and a PDF tip file. Choose the option to DOWNLOAD ALL and save the files to a thumb drive or your computer's hard drive. Google drive will zip the files for download and you will need to unzip the files by right clicking and choosing an unzip option.

Where can I print my digital art?

While you can print your artwork at home, color/quality will vary. I highly recommend using a profession printing service. Recommended online print services: U.S. printing service: finerworks.com / mpix.com / posterjack.com Canada printing service: posterjack.ca / pictorem.com / henrysphotocentre.com U.K. printing service: theprintspace.co.uk European printing service: beyondprint.eu For technical questions, please reach out to their support team for help. Can I get a custom size?

I can provide one (1) resize per listing. (ex. if purchasing a gallery set, I provide only ONE resize for ONE design). Current turn around time is 1-2 business days. Where do I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your Etsy account: Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

How do I download my digital files, if I purchased as a "Guest" and don't have an account?

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

How do I download from Google Drive?

You do not need an account with Google to download files. I always recommend you download directly to your computer or device. To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download icon. Download each file that you need individually. Do not download entire folders unless you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files. Downloading individually may also help with spotty internet or time out issues.

I downloaded my digital file from Etsy, but can't print directly from it. Why not?

For printable art purchases, the initial download from Etsy is a PDF file containing a link to Google Drive. You will need to click the DOWNLOAD HERE message, which will open the correct Google Drive file. From there you can download the printable JPG files (see question above) to save directly to your computer or device.
