How can I track my order?

Once I ship your parcel, I submit a tracking number to Etsy. After that Etsy sends you an email notification with tack number included. Having track number you can track the parcel using any service for International Postal tracking. In example, https://www.17track.net

If it's Christmas holidays season postal services have a high load, hence delays are possible. Please, give it time. If it's not holiday season, and your parcel doesn't arrive within 2-4 weeks - please contact me, I will figure it out whats the problem.

Our items are carefully packed for transport and delivery by DHL.
