HOW TO ORDER INVITATIONS?

For customized invitations, when placing the order, you need to provide me your info for the event (date, time, names, location, register, rsvp etc.) in NOTES TO SELLER BOX. Within 36 hours proof will be sent via etsy convo. For editable invitation templates, you will get an e-mail with a link (Corjl) from where you can access your template.

HOW MANY IN THE PACK?

All items in my shop are DIGITAL, printable files which means you print as many as you need as you will get JPG and PDF ready for print files.

Custom and personalized orders

• Proofs: within 24 hours of payment (via etsy convo) and receipt of all information needed for the proof. - You will have the opportunity to review the proof, and two rounds of proof revisions are allowed. • Revisions: within 24 hours of revision request. • Final copy: within 24 hours of proof approval (will be sent via e-mail)

HOW TO DOWNLOAD INSTANT DOWNLOAD LISTINGS?

The files are already attached to the listing and will be available to you automatically upon cleared payment. They will NOT be sent to your e-mail. Files will be available to download directly to your COMPUTER from your Etsy account. Once your payment has gone through, hover over "Your Account" at the top right corner, then click "Purchases & Reviews"..or can be downloaded from your invoice. Please make sure that you are downloading the files to your computer (not smartphones & other devices).

HOW DO I OPEN A .ZIP FILES?

You will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip, 7-ZIP (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on a iphone or ipad you will need a free third party app to open .zip documents such as Winzip or izip.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Once you place your order, within minutes of your payment confirmation, you’ll get an email from Corjl, which will be sent to your email address registered with Etsy (check your spam folder if you don't see it and be sure that you have right e-mail address associated to your ETSY account).

2. Follow the link in the e-mail from Corjl to access your template.
After creating a Corjl account, you’ll be able to access your purchased item. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and enter your email or Username and Order number (not transaction number).
3. Once you have finished editing your template, save and download as PDF, JPG
- Download options include either single or multiple menu to a page for easy printing
4. Print at home, or at a local print shop, or online printers, or save on USB and take to your copy shop.
5. Set your printer to 100% or Actual Size before printing.
INCLUDED: Detailed Instruction Guide on how to edit and print the template using Corjl
IMPORTANT INFO: graphic design - images are locked down - you can't edit or move them.
- You can change text, font style, size, color, resize, move, add or delete text.
- The size of the template and its orientation cannot be changed
- We don't send the files to your email, it's customer responsibility to download the files.
- After 6 months your template will expire, so please make sure that you download your order within that time frame.
