🖼️ Do you provide a preview before dispatch?

We’re happy to send a design preview on request — just add “preview required” to your notes at checkout. Previews aren’t sent automatically so we can keep our fast turnaround times, as most customers prefer their gifts quickly. If any personalisation details are missing or unclear, we’ll send a draft for approval before printing. Small edits are free, but full re-layouts or multiple changes may incur a small design fee.

📸 How do I send my photos?

After placing your order, please upload or send photos via Etsy Messages, linked to your order. We don’t offer photo editing, so please ensure your images are clear, well-lit, and good quality before sending. Overexposed photos may print slightly lighter, while darker photos can appear deeper once printed. Colours may differ slightly due to UV printing on clear acrylic and varying screen brightness — this is normal for this material.

🧴 How do I care for my acrylic items?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid using cleaning sprays or water, as these can damage the UV-printed surface. Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods to maintain the best colour quality.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Orders are handmade and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. We post via Royal Mail Tracked services: Tracked 48 (standard): 2–3 working days after dispatch Tracked 24 or Express upgrades available at checkout. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Business Tracked Service — delivery times vary by country.

💔 Refunds & Cancellations

As each item is custom-made, we can’t offer refunds or cancellations once work has started. If you need to cancel before dispatch, a 50% design fee applies. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement quickly.

🎁 Can you send directly to the recipient?

Yes! We’re happy to post your gift directly to the recipient and include a complimentary gift note. Simply add your message and the delivery address during checkout.

🔁 Return to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it. A new postage fee (and any Royal Mail return charges) will apply. Refunds can’t be issued for personalised items returned by the postal service.
