Custom and personalized orders

If your purchase is a gift and you would like a free card included, please enter a comment in the order section with the recipient's name, the occasion, and the sentiment you would like included on the card.

Can I Ship to Different Addresses

You will need to place orders separately for multiple addresses.

In an effort to protect the buyer and be fair to all parties, if there are damages to goods or if an item is missing, Ground Zero Creations will make every attempt to reach a fair and amicable settlement with the buyer. To qualify, buyer must inspect the content of the package within 48 hours after receipt of the package. If there are damages or missing item(s), buyer must inform seller within 72 hours after receipt of shipment. Failure to comply to these standards will result in buyer forfeiting any right for settlement.

International Purchases Currency Conversions

While I value my international customers, it can be a bit of a shock to see what you actually pay when you order online from a foreign country. For that reason, if you live outside the USA and wish to purchase, please verify with your bank or credit card company whether there is a currency conversion rate applied to your order. I have no way to control this as it is determined by the laws of your country. For that reason, I do not issue refunds or accept returns based on a dissatisfaction of the final charges to you from your bank due to currency conversions.

Delays with carrier speeds is the sole responsibility of the carrier. While Ground Zero Creations always ships promptly, we are not responsible for delays once the package has reached the courier. If you choose to request a cancellation/refund on an order prior to it reaching you, I will be unable to process the request until a) the package has been returned to me in its original condition; or 2) courier has verified the package has been lost in transit. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges when cancellations and refund requests are received after the package has shipped due to late delivery on the courier's end.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. USPS, UPS and FedEx insurance do NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, in the US, the seller's responsibility for the package ends. If your receiving location isn't secure, you should consider using a package receiving company. If your package is stolen after delivery, for help, you will need to file under your home owner's or renter's insurance and file a police report. If a package is lost by the carrier, please contact the carrier and Ground Zero Creations for assistance.

Materials: Paper

• Professionally printed on 110# white matte index cover cardstock.
• 1/2" Strips are approximately 11" long by 1/2" at widest point.
• The strips are carefully packaged for shipping and are sealed in a plastic sleeve.
• Paper design is custom created by me using Firefly and Photoshop. They are not available from anyone else.

This is very heavy paper. You might find it easier to use if (before rolling) you use a pen or pencil to slightly curve the paper on the ends by pulling each strip over the pen or pencil as if you were curling ribbon.

When using a 1.98mm paper bead roller, each finished bead will be between 10.5mm and 11.5mm in diameter. The heavier paper makes a much fuller bead. Using a larger tool will increase the size of the bead. You can choose the size roller you want to use.
