How will the digital prints be sent to me?

All formula one prints will be sent as a .jpg and the Ariana Grande print will be sent as a .png

All items are made-to-order, so please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be produced. My production partners, Printful and Printify, produce and ship your order. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please message me within 24 hours. If I'm unable to make the necessary changes, so you will be stuck with whatever you ordered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. After your order is shipped, I have no control over the speed of delivery. Any problems with your shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier. If your order gets lost by the shipping carrier, you must file a claim. You will not receive a refund or new item. Message me for details/prices on express shipping BEFORE you order!

Custom and personalized orders

Any design can be put onto a different item of clothing. Custom orders may cost more money than the products in my store (for example a custom t-shirt may cost more than the average t-shirt in my store that is $25). I love to do custom orders, so message me and we will discuss your needs.

Will my item look exactly like the pictures?

The mockups are computer generated images that give you an idea of the finished product. Although, the size of the design and placement may vary between sizes. The size of all mockups is Large. On sizes smaller than a large, the design will appear smaller on the item of clothing. Also, the color of the design and apparel may be slightly different in person. See the review section for images of finished products and how my customers compare the finished product to the advertised images.

All t-shirts and sweatshirts are unisex. The size of unisex clothing items is equal to mens sizing. If there is not a size guide in the photos of the item you want to purchase, message me before placing your order and I will send it to you. DON'T ORDER SOMETHING IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF THE SIZE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE!

For all clothing items: Do not dryclean; machine wash: warm (max 40 degrees C or 105 degrees F); Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: low heat. For extra protection: turn clothes inside out when washing; hang dry

Gift wrapping and packaging

There is no gift wrapping, but you can add gift messages. All orders that have a gift message will not show a price of the receipt.

A refund will only be granted if you receive the wrong item, if there is damage to the item, or if both the customer and shop owner agree on the bad quality. In special circumstances, a request for a reprint may be made, and the customer and shop owner will discuss the available options.
