Because our items are made-to-order, our policy is EXCHANGE ONLY. If you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after item is delivered). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered). Please keep in mind that our return address is in CANADA so international shipping charges may apply. We highly recommend washing your items in cold water, gentle cycle, inside out. Tumble dry low or even better, hang to dry! This will keep your item (and all of your other clothes) in the best condition possible :)

CAN YOU HELP ME PICK OUT THE CORRECT SIZE FOR MY GIFT RECIPIENT?

We understand that choosing the correct size can feel like a lot of pressure, so we have made it as easy as possible using our size charts! If you have access to another shirt (same style) owned by gift recipient, ex. sweatshirt: 1. Lay the sweatshirt flat on the ground. 2. Measure in inches the width (armpit to armpit) and height (highest point at top to lowest point at bottom). 3. Compare the measurements to the size guide to find the best fit. If you do not have access to a shirt: 1. Contact someone else that knows the recipient well (ex. their mother, spouse, sibling, friend). Send them the size chart from the listing and ask them to help you choose a size! We can't choose your size for you, but if you're still not sure, go bigger!

CAN I GET MY PACKAGE BY A SPECIFIC DATE? I NEED IT ASAP!

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines because our items are made-to-order. Our production time is up to 7 days before shipping, though we typically ship out much faster! Our standard shipping time is 2-5 days in the USA. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. If you'd like to go ahead and take the chance on your product arriving on time, please order immediately to ensure the most time possible for production. Keep in mind that since each product is made fresh for you after you order it, we do not accept returns.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Wolf & Lily Co. cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to customer’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.
