We presented symbolic elements by creating a composition in the nib box we designed, influenced by this art movement.
While roses are the symbol of beauty, youth and pleasure, there is a skull on the other side. It shows the fragility of life and the inevitability of mortality.
The hourglass also expresses the transience and limitation of time.
The reflecting sphere is the symbol of the world and worldly power.
We ended these symbols with the Memento Mori saying "remember that you are mortal" in a certain composition.
