This Jewelry tutorial is for a beautiful Neo-Classic Wire Wrapped wrapped bracelet and includes detailed step by step instructions with close up, detailed photos for each step, to complete one beautiful artisan bracelet in the metals of your choice. You'll only need a few hand tools.
LEVEL: Beginners to Intermediate
TECHNIQUE: wire work
This ’new’ classic bracelet will quickly become your favorite to wear day after day. You'll be tempted to create more than one. Change the look by using combinations of metals, as well as smooth or twisted wire. Make it big and bold, or clean and classic. Or wear several for today’s stacked look.
With this PDF tutorial you will learn the basics of wire wrapping, which will enable you to follow many, many other wire wrapped jewelry tutorials. Learn the foundations important to perfect your skills, such as how to tape properly, how to wrap, how to shape and polish your jewelry.
You'll learn to make an adjustable clasp that will help size the bracelet. Most clasps are built into the bracelet, meaning a size 7 is a size 7, and you can't adjust the size once the bracelet is complete. But this clasp allows for a little adjustment, so you'll love this clasp, especially if you sell your work!

The bracelets in the photos are made with silver plated wire and wrapped with brass wire. Most are oxidized to show the detail and texture.
The crossover wrapped design in the 4th photo is not included in the instructions. I made these bracelets after the tutorial was completed. But with the wrapping knowledge you'll learn, you will probably quickly be able to figure out this wrapping technique. If you have any questions about the crossover wrap, feel free to contact me and I be happy to help. I'll be adding it to the tutorial in the near future.
I hope that you will enjoy learning a new technique or design. If you have any questions, corrections, comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.
