I haven't received my order email from Etsy to download the pattern

All orders are sent to the email address that is linked to your Etsy and Paypal account. Please check you use the correct email address for your order to receive your pattern link. If the email is correct, then check your 'junk' mail to see if it has arrived in there. Alternatively, if all else fails, send me a message with your Etsy order number and email address and I will email it directly to you.

I can't download the pattern from Etsy

Once you have received the link to download your pattern, open your account in desktop mode and not in the app. Go to your profile and select 'Purchases and Reviews' and search the order you want. On the right side of the order is the option to download you file. Click on 'Download Files' and you will see the options to download. Please note, if you do not have an Etsy account at the point of purchase, you will only be able to download the files from the download link provided on the Etsy order confirmation email. In this instance, please send me a message directly to receive a copy of the pattern.

I want my pattern in a different language

Most of my patterns come in English (US Terms), Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German or French. Each listing explains the language available in the title and description area and are only available in those languages listed. For languages not listed, you may wish to utilise a translation app which will translate the text of the pattern (please note, this may not translate the whole pattern, but will assist in understanding most of it).
