I received damaged or mislabeled item, what now?

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. What you have to do: Message us within 2 weeks after receiving the product and send us pictures of the damaged or mislabeled item, explaining the problem. That's it!

Order failed to deliver due to incorrect address

Before ordering please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address! If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Ordered wrong size product

We try our very best to provide you with sizing charts for all the products. Please do check them before ordering. As we are a small one-person business, our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for these orders.
